1. Which payment method does Windgoo accept? Answer: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Klarna installment, Giropay, Sofort and Paybybankapp.
2. Can I cancel my order? Answer: If the order status is "not shipped yet", please contact Windgoo as soon as possible at email@example.com and our customer service team will help you cancel the order within 24 hours after receiving your email. Please note that the status of your order may be changed to "Shipped" while your request is being processed. In that case, the cancellation cannot go through and a normal return policy will apply.
3. Will all products be shipped in one package? Answer: All our accessories and products are in the same box. The same order will be shipped together.
4. How can I get an invoice? Answer: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and frame number, our team will contact you.
5. Can I change my order? Answer: If you would like to change an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please note that an order change is only possible before the order status changes to "Shipped", and we cannot change a "Shipped" order.
6. Are VAT and shipping costs included in the sale price? Answer: Yes, VAT and shipping costs are included in the stated sales price.
